“So, I found these fabulous ladies while looking for some support and ways to complement standard physiotherapy, chiropractic and medical care. My back pain had me doing almost nothing but laying on a couch and by the time I got to them had been idle for over 6 months. I was so frustrated with all my limitations but Kelsey listened closely and set up a training program. Well, it has been amazing. It's been slow, steady and exactly what I need. We make adjustments as necessary and I've been making progress almost every appointment. Kelsey is full of knowledgeable, positive encouragement and I can't even express how important this has been for me. Our work isn't done yet but I feel so lucky to have them in my corner!”
