We design evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation programs for our clients to help optimize their health and fitness. This means that we are constantly updating our practice in response to research and healthcare guidelines so that our clients receive optimal care. 

Are you postmenopausal and looking to improve your health and fitness? Strength training may be just what you need!

Our postmenopause strength training package includes 3 one-to-one sessions with one of our experienced trainers in our private gym. We will take you through the basics of strength training and build you a program (based on your goals) to get you started.

We will design your program around your lifestyle and needs. This is suitable for complete beginners or anyone looking to get back to exercise after some time off.
